Rohit surpassed this milestone while opening at the Wankhede Stadium, becoming the highest run-scorer against KKR in the IPL.

KKR set Mumbai a target of 221 runs
With the help of half-century partnerships from Ajinkya Rahane (67) and Angkrish Raghuvanshi (51), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) scored 220 runs for four wickets in 20 overs against Mumbai Indians. Shardul Thakur took three wickets for MI, while Hardik Pandya took one wicket.

Rahane and Green then shared a 40-run partnership for the second wicket, off 21 balls. Green was dismissed for 18 off 10 balls when the team’s score was 109. Rahane then added 36 runs for the third wicket with Angkrish Raghuvanshi, taking the team’s score to 145. Rahane was dismissed for the third wicket, scoring a brilliant 67 off 40 balls, including five sixes and three fours.
After Rahane’s wicket fell, Raghuvanshi and Rinku Singh steadied the innings, adding 60 runs for the fourth wicket in 30 balls to take the team’s score to 205. Raghuvanshi was dismissed for the fourth wicket at this score, scoring 51 runs off 29 balls, including two sixes and six fours.
Rinku Singh remained unbeaten on 33 off 21 balls, including four fours, and Ramandeep Singh remained unbeaten on four runs.
