Veera Theera Sooran is a thrilling film from the very beginning. We’re sucked into the plot before we even realize what’s going on.
A woman enters the home of Ravi (Prithviraj), a man named Periyavar. Ravi is a big shot who has connections with criminals. In this situation, the woman’s husband complains to S.P. Arunagiri (S.J. Surya) that his wife and daughter are missing.
Arunagiri, who was waiting to attack Periyavar and his son Kannan (Sooraj Venjaramoodu), suddenly gets an opportunity. Arunagiri decides to kill Periyavar in an encounter. Knowing about this, Periyavar approaches his confidant Kali. When he quit his gangster job and is living peacefully with his wife Kalai (Thushara Vijayan) and 2 children, such a problem arises.
Three people threaten Kaali with her family to use her for their ends. The anxiety of what Kaali is going to do touches us. The interest in the story increases as the story progresses. Director Arun Kumar keeps us on the edge of our seats when the landmine scene comes. The scene where Kaali and Arunagiri meet causes the theater to whistle.
The film would have been different if only what happened one night had been shown. The flashback scenes have made the film weak.
The climax scene did not provide the excitement that was expected. That is why Arun Kumar has tried to cheer up the fans by using a Vikram song.
Vikram has lived as Kaali. I am satisfied after watching Vikram in Dhool and Saami. Thushara Vijayan has played the role given to him well. The age difference between Vikram and Thushara is not visible on screen. Their acting was that much. S.J. Surya is as intimidating as usual in his villainy. Suraj Venjaramoodu’s acting is superb.
