Bollywood may have a fresh new couple on the horizon. Tara Sutaria and Sky Force newcomer Veer Pahariya are making social media go wild over their interesting online flirting, and fans are left wondering,  is something romantic in the air?

The Comment That Broke the Internet

It all began when Tara Sutaria posted behind-the-scenes snaps from her recent music video, Thodi Si Daaru, which stars singer AP Dhillon. Wearing a stunning backless mini dress with a thigh-high slit, Tara looked every inch the glamorous actress, with an air of mystique and attraction, while Dhillon himself looked the epitome of cool in a white shirt and an open bow tie. Her post, taken from lyrics to the song, read:

“Tu hi ae chann. Meri raat ae tu.”

The post got enough attention, but one comment was outstanding:

“My ????” — Veer Pahariya.

Tara’s reaction? All the more revealing:

“Mine????”

And poof! The cool of the internet was gone. Fans immediately filled the comment section with reactions that varied from shock to excitement. “Is that trueee? ????” wrote one, while another cried out, “Someone throw me into the Arabian Sea RIGHT NOW!!”

More Than Just Comments?

This is not the first time Tara and Veer have been spotted together. Since Tara broke up with Aadar Jain, she and Veer have been seen everywhere — though usually strategically apart. But from exiting the same Mumbai nightlife spot on the same evening to stopping traffic as showstoppers at a recent fashion show, there have been breadcrumbs all along.

Fueling further gossip was their reported vacation at Capri, Italy. Tara and Veer both shared pictures from yachts that bore an uncanny resemblance to each other, which was enough to get eagle-eyed fans going on the dots.

As the romance gossip takes over the headlines, Tara’s new project is creating a splash of its own. Thodi Si Daaru, with AP Dhillon and Shreya Ghoshal’s vocals, is rapidly gaining momentum on the charts. For the first time, Veer Pahariya has broken his silence on the trolling he received for doing a lame dance step in the film.

Veer Pahariya, son of businessman Sanjay Pahariya, is the brother of Janhvi Kapoor’s rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya. He has started his acting career with Akshay Kumar starrer Sky Force. However, he was mocked a lot for his lame step and memes were made. However, it did not harm Veer. On the contrary, he benefited from it.

Benefited from the viral dance step?

Veer Pahadia revealed in a recent interview that the trolling he received on social media did not harm him, rather he enjoyed it a lot. This has increased his engagement. In a conversation with Houserfly, Veer Pahadia said, “My engagement has increased so much. After that, so many avenues have opened up for me. I have performed at two weddings. I have done that langdi step with the bride.”

What did Veer Pahadia say about trolling?

Veer Pahadia had jokingly told the groom, “This is my fifth round. If I do it two more times, the bride will be mine.” Not only this, he wants people to troll him more. According to the actor, “Whatever happens happens for good. I would please wish those who are going to troll me to troll more.”

Veer Pahadia was also trolled for his performance and background in Sky Force. He is the son of a big businessman and grandson of former Maharashtra CM Sushil Kumar Shinde. On the trolling about his family, he had said in an old interview, “What can I do? I am fortunate to have been born into such a family. My dream has always been to become an artist. So what should I do now to make them happy? Should I kill myself and be born again?”

What is the whole matter?

Stand-up comedian Praneet’s team has given information about the entire incident through an Instagram post. According to the post, on February 2, Praneet was performing at a comedy club in Solapur. During his stand-up there, he cracked some jokes on Veer Pahariya. After the show was over, he stopped to meet his fans and take selfies. Then a group of 10-12 people attacked and beat him up. The leader of the group that beat him up was a man named Tanveer Shaikh. During the assault, he and his gang also told why they were doing this. A person in the group threatened Praneet and said, ‘Next time try cracking a joke on Veer Pahariya Baba’

Police also did not help

Praneet’s team has also mentioned in the post that there was no security there. There was a CCTV camera at the place of the incident but they were not given that footage. The team also alleges that they did not get any help from the police. Later, his team filed an online complaint with the Mumbai Police and demanded immediate action.

The actor said he had no hand in this

After the matter came to light, Veer Pahariya clarified by writing a post on Instagram and apologized to Praneet. The actor writes- ‘I am very sad and shocked to hear what happened to Pranit More. I want to make it clear that I have no hand in this incident. I am against any kind of violence and I have always taken trolling as a joke. I apologize to Praneet and his fans. No one deserves this. Action should be taken against whoever is behind this incident.

In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Veer Pahariya talked about his parents’ divorce. He said, ‘When parents separate, it is not good for any child. There was no social media at that time, so I did not understand what was happening. It was very strange in childhood. The newspapers always wrote about their court case and everything was on the internet. I was ashamed to go to school and I did not have many friends. I used to stay away from people and was very nervous. I want this not to happen to anyone.’

Veer further said, ‘I think there comes a time in everyone’s life when he goes through difficulties. We should talk about it. Therapy and acting classes helped me a lot. I still believe in love and marriage.

According to Veer Pahariya, he did not see his father much, but now both of them are very close. Even though his parents’ relationship was not as good as husband and wife’s, they both have been very good parents.

The film Sky Force was released on January 24th

In the film Sky Force, Akshay Kumar portrays Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja. Veer Pahariya has played T. Vijaya. In the film, Sara Ali Khan is seen as Veer’s wife, while Nimrat Kaur plays the role of Akshay’s wife. This film was released on 24 January.
