Sonam Kapoor is expecting her second child. The actress announced the news of her second pregnancy on Instagram. She shared several photos of herself with her baby bump on Instagram, captioning it “Mother.”

For the special occasion, Sonam wore an outfit by renowned designer Margaretha Ley (Escada). The actress’s hot-pink woolen padded suit is inspired by Princess Diana, and she looks quite stylish.

Celebrities and fans are now showering her with well-wishes on her post. Priyanka Chopra congratulated the actress. Kareena Kapoor Khan wrote two hearts with the words “Sonam and Anand.”

Recently, expecting mothers Patralekhaa and Parineeti Chopra also congratulated Sonam in unique ways.

Sonam’s husband, Anand Ahuja, also shared a fun reaction to the post. He writes in the comment, “Double trouble.”

It’s worth noting that Sonam and her businessman husband, Anand Ahuja, are expecting their second child after seven years of marriage. Four years after their wedding, Sonam gave birth to their son, Vayu. Sonam lives primarily in London with her husband, Anand, and son, Vayu.

Vayu, the couple’s son, has been shielded from the press and photographers.  The actress occasionally shares photos of her maternity journey and son Vayu. However, Vayu’s face is not revealed in those photos.

Speaking of Sonam and Anand’s relationship, Sonam publicly acknowledged her relationship with Anand Ahuja in 2016, on her father, Anil Kapoor’s, 60th birthday.

After a long period of dating, the actress married Anand Ahuja in 2018. Following their wedding, the couple hosted a grand reception for industry friends.

Talking about the actress’s work front, she was last seen in the 2023 film ‘Blind’.

Sonam Kapoor recently shared a heartwarming photo on Instagram from Masaba Gupta’s baby shower. The picture featured the expectant Masaba Gupta, her husband Satyadeep Mishra, her mother Neena Gupta, and close friends including Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and Soni Razdan.

Celebrity fashion designer and actress Masaba Gupta is currently relishing her pregnancy. Her baby shower was a private affair attended by her family and a few close friends, and pictures from the joyous event have now surfaced. Neena Gupta, looking ecstatic, joined her daughter, alongside Satyadeep Mishra, Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and Soni Razdan. Sonam and Rhea beamed with happiness, while Neena couldn’t contain her excitement in the captured moments.

On August 25, Sonam Kapoor gave fans a peek into the celebration by posting a photo on her Instagram story. Sonam is seen in the picture posing with Masaba, who will soon become a mother. The photo also includes Sonam’s sister, Rhea Kapoor, who is warmly embracing Masaba. The trio exuded joy as they flashed their radiant smiles. Rhea chose a flowy beige dress, but Sonam looked lovely in a brown saree and a white off-the-shoulder blouse. Masaba, glowing with happiness, wore a light brown outfit that accentuated her pregnancy glow.

Actress Soni Razdan also took to Instagram to share some pictures from the baby shower.Soni is seen posing with Masaba and Neena Gupta in one of her pictures. Another captures a happy moment with Masaba’s husband, Satyadeep Mishra, smiling alongside the ladies. With warm congratulations, Soni wrote, “When you’re with the loveliest in the world, there’s just no filter needed.” She was congratulating Masaba and Satyadeep, who were soon to become parents. I’m wishing @masabagupta and @instasattu, the amazing soon-to-be parents, an incredible joy ride into motherhood.”

Masaba Gupta has been sharing glimpses of her pregnancy journey on Instagram. On July 6, she posted a picture showcasing her baby bump, expressing in the caption that expecting a baby “still feels like a bit of a dream.” She made the joyful announcement of her pregnancy on April 18 this year.

On the professional front, Masaba Gupta is widely recognized for her starring role in the Netflix series Masaba Masaba, which debuted in 2020, with its second season premiering in 2022. The multi-talented designer and actress has also been seen in *MTV Supermodel of the Year (2019) and Modern Love Mumbai (2022).
