Kartik Aaryan Doesn’t Want the Clash

According to reports, Kartik Aaryan is keen to avoid this clash. As per a report from The Times of India, he spoke to Rohit Shetty over the phone, requesting him to postpone the release date of Singham Again. Kartik suggests that if Singham Again is released around November 15, it would benefit both films. He believes that releasing the films simultaneously could hurt their box office performance.

Awaiting Rohit Shetty’s Response

Reports indicate that Rohit Shetty has acknowledged Kartik’s request and said that he would think about it before making a final decision. Singham Again is a big-budget film, so the makers are being cautious and will take a well-considered step.

Changing Release Dates

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was already scheduled for a Diwali release, while Singham Again was initially planned for an Independence Day release. However, it was later rescheduled for a Diwali release, leading to this potential conflict.

To note, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 features the exciting pairing of Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan. Meanwhile, Singham Again stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone in key roles, alongside Ajay Devgn.

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan, currently engaged in shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, leads a life of luxury. According to reports from news sources and other public sources, the actor boasts a net worth of Rs 46 crore. Although his acting journey began in 2011, it was his roles in the Pyaar Ka Punchnama series and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018) that firmly established him in Bollywood.

Aaryan, last seen in Kabir Khan’s biographical sports drama Chandu Champion, is known for his collection of high-end cars, such as a McLaren GT and Lamborghini Urus. He also owns several multi-crore properties, one of which he recently leased for an impressive monthly rent.

According to multiple sources, Kartik Aaryan has leased out his 1,912 sq. ft. luxurious apartment in Juhu for a hefty rent of Rs 4.5 lakh per month. Situated in the exclusive Presidency Co-operative Society, an area renowned for its beaches and celebrity houses, this outstanding property is housed in the Siddhi Vinayak Building. 

The lease and license agreement for the property was officially registered on August 28, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 42,500. The apartment, which Kartik and his mother, Mala Tiwari, bought on June 30, 2023, was valued at Rs 17.5 crore. It includes two car parking spaces and involves additional expenses such as a Rs 1.05 crore stamp duty and a Rs 30,000 registration fee.

Other Real Estate Ventures

In addition to his Juhu home, Kartik made headlines last year when he acquired a 2,099 sq. ft. office space in Andheri West’s Signature Tower for Rs 10 crore. Prior to that, Kartik and his mother had leased a sprawling 3,681 sq. ft. apartment from fellow actor Shahid Kapoor, with a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh.

On the Career Front

Kartik Aaryan’s most recent professional appearance was in the movie Chandu Champion, which was inspired by the story of Murlikant Petkar, the first Indian Paralympian gold medallist.  The movie garnered mixed reviews but grossed approximately Rs 100 crore worldwide, according to news sources.

Next, Kartik will make a big screen comeback with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also stars Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri. The horror-comedy is slated for release around Diwali and is set in Kolkata, a departure from the previous two films that were shot in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
