The misleading videos had not only left Aaradhya and her family in a state of immense grief but also severely violated her rights to privacy with a legal dispute to hold these responsible parties to account. Heeding a petition by the young girl through the Delhi High Court, noticed the case further and ordered immediate judgment to inhibit the spread further of such hurting content.

Already, legal notices have been sent to several other online dissemination sites for the said videos. The court hopes to take the issue to a conclusion. This is the second case akin to that one filed in April 2023 when the Delhi High Court actively intervened and ordered a massive search engine to take down a batch of videos claiming that Aaradhya either remained very seriously ill or even had died. In that scenario, the court highly condemned the videos and referred to them as a violation of private space and also as a direct attack on Aaradhya’s reputation..

In addition, the court ordered the platform concerned to reveal the identities of the individuals who uploaded the false content and to take all necessary steps to ensure that such misleading videos do not go viral in the future. The Bachchan family has been vocal about their criticism of such videos, stating that they are merely created for shock value and do not care about Aaradhya’s health or well-being.

This legal case will highlight the growing concern over online misinformation and its potential to cause harm. The continued intervention of the Delhi High Court sends a clear message that the spread of false and damaging content will not be tolerated, especially when it invades personal privacy and disrupts the peace of innocent individuals.

How did the divorce news start?

Anant Ambani, the son of business magnate Mukesh Ambani, wed Radhika Merchant in July. Abhishek Bachchan arrived at this wedding with his family, although Aishwarya Rai was not seen anywhere with him. The Bachchan family posed for family photos on the red carpet, while sometime after their entry, Aishwarya Rai reached the wedding with her daughter Aaradhya and posed alone.

Apart from the entry, both were seen aloof from each other throughout the wedding. Sometime after this, Aishwarya Rai went on vacation with her daughter, even at this time Abhishek was not with her. Since then there have been reports of the couple’s divorce.

During those difficult times, Anurag also recalled meeting the late producer Yash Johar. Johar sensed his hunger on set and kindly invited him to eat, something that left a lasting impression on Kashyap. He fondly remembered Johar as “kind and amazing” for offering him a meal when he needed it most.

When asked why he and Shah Rukh Khan have never collaborated, Kashyap once revealed to Humans of Cinema that he feels daunted by the massive fan following of big stars like SRK. He admitted that matching Shah Rukh’s immense aura is a challenge he isn’t prepared to face. The filmmaker added that he might have had the courage to work with Shah Rukh if his 2016 film Fan had been a success.

Recently, RJ J Man shared an intriguing anecdote on the Inside the Mind with Rushabh podcast, revealing that Shah Rukh Khan once apologized to a prominent director after initially asking for a script, only to ultimately reject the film. During their conversation at the actor’s iconic residence, Mannat, SRK recounted how, in his early days in the film industry, he made the mistake of asking a well-known director for a script, which the director found offensive. SRK’s mentor, Aziz Mishra, advised him that this wasn’t the right approach, prompting Shah Rukh to call the director to apologize. However, when the director asked, “So, you’re doing my film?”, SRK candidly replied, “I called to apologize, but I’m still not doing your film.”

RJ J Man also shared his experience of visiting Mannat, describing how he arrived at a building behind the residence with a staircase leading to SRK’s study. The staircase was dimly lit, with dark wood and glass on one side, leading up to a dark brown door with a silver handle. Upon entering the room, he was greeted by the sight of SRK’s numerous awards proudly displayed.

Man vividly recalled seeing Shah Rukh standing by a white curtain, casually dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, holding a cup of black coffee.”He turned around and said, ‘Hey guys,’ and I was struck by how much of a star he was, even at home,” recalled the RJ. SRK then asked if they had eaten, showcasing his down-to-earth nature.

The RJ also noted that SRK had a rare Batman figure lying around in his study, sparking a lengthy conversation about their shared love for the character. On a lighter note, Man humorously mentioned that he left Mannat with one of SRK’s cigarettes, which he still keeps as a memento.
