Shweta Rohira, the erstwhile spouse of Bollywood actor Pulkit Samrat, recently endured a distressing road mishap, leaving her with multiple fractures. The writer and artist took to Instagram to disclose the unfortunate incident, sharing a snapshot from her hospital bed, her injuries conspicuously visible. A bandage adorned her upper lip, while her immobilized hand and leg bore testimony to the severity of the crash.
In the caption accompanying her post, Shweta offered a candid glimpse into her ordeal, revealing the abrupt nature of the accident. Despite her injuries, she assured her followers that she remains resolute in her recovery journey.
“Life is quite the trickster, isn’t it? One moment, you’re vibing to #KalHoNaaHo, charting out your day, and the next, fate smirks and says, ‘Hold my chai,’ hurling a bike in your direction. Without a shred of wrongdoing on my part, I found myself transitioning from a leisurely walk to an unexpected flight (sadly, not the Bollywood slow-motion kind) before crash-landing into an unplanned hiatus. Fractured bones, unsightly bruises, and what feels like an eternity in bed—this was nowhere on my agenda. Perhaps the universe decided I needed a crash course in patience or thought I deserved a starring role in my hospital saga. But here’s the truth—sometimes, life dismantles us so we can be rebuilt stronger. After all, demolition always precedes reconstruction. And though the pain is formidable now, I know this is but a chapter, not the entire book,” she penned with resilience.
Assuring her supporters that she will emerge from this ordeal with greater fortitude, Shweta added, “So here I am—clutching onto faith, nurturing hope, grinning through the pain (well, at least attempting to), and constantly reminding myself that this too shall pass. Life flings curveballs, but as cinematic wisdom dictates, ‘Picture abhi baaki hai, mere dost.’ To those grappling with hardships, surrender to the moment, tackle each day as it comes, and trust the process. Pain is fleeting, but resilience is eternal. P.S.: While I might resemble Humpty Dumpty sprawled in this hospital bed, I promise to return stronger—perhaps even with a new tune to hum!”
Following her post, a cascade of well-wishes from the entertainment fraternity poured in. Actress Shraddha Arya expressed her concern, commenting, “Oh God, what even happened??? Uff.. get well soon babe!!!!! ❤️🩹” Actor Darshan Kumaar also conveyed his prayers, writing, “Oh God! Wishing you a very speedy recovery ❤️🩹” Meanwhile, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Divya Agarwal, and Sonu Nigam joined in sending their heartfelt recovery messages to Shweta, rallying around her in this challenging time.
Despite the physical toll, Shweta’s unwavering spirit and optimistic perspective shine through, serving as a beacon of inspiration for those navigating their adversities.
