Adult Star Arohi Barde: Riya Barde has been arrested by Maharashtra Police.
During the investigation, she turned out to be Bangladeshi. In the porn world, Riya is known as Arohi Barde or Banna Sheikh.
The police said that Riya’s mother is from Bangladesh and she was living illegally in India with her two daughters and son including Riya.
Bangladeshi porn star Riya Barde alias Arohi Barde has been arrested by Thane Police of Maharashtra for living in India as an impostor. Riya, who has worked in many adult films, was living in Ulhasnagar in Thane district hiding her identity. She had also got an Indian passport through fake documents.
Riya’s mother married an Indian
Riya Barde, the porn star, is identified as Banna Sheikh. Riya of Bangladeshi origin was living illegally in India with her mother, brother and sister. Riya’s mother is said to have married an Amravati guy for the same reason.
Shocking revelations in the investigation
Apart from Riya, the police have also made her mother Anjali Barde alias Ruby Sheikh, father Arvind Barde, brother Ravindra alias Riyaz Sheikh and sister Ritu alias Moni Sheikh accused in the case.
According to reports, the police investigation has revealed that Riya was associated with Raj Kundra’s production and has also worked in many porn films.
Police sub-inspector Sangram Malkar, who is investigating the case, said, “Investigation has revealed that Riya’s mother Anjali is from Bangladesh and she was living illegally in India with her two daughters and son, including Riya. Riya’s mother claimed to be from West Bengal and married Amravati native Arvind Barde. Later, to prove herself as an Indian, she got an Indian passport made for herself and her children by giving fake birth certificates and other fake documents.
Has gone to jail in a prostitution case
Police said that Riya was earlier arrested by Mumbai Police in a case related to prostitution. Both Riya’s mother and father are currently living in Qatar, while the police are looking for her brother and sister.
A friend exposed the case
This sensational case came to light when Prashant Mishra, a friend of Riya Barde alias Banna Sheikh, came to know that she is originally from Bangladesh and is living illegally in India. Mishra informed the police about this, after which the Bangladeshi porn star was exposed during the police investigation. In this case, the police are moving forward.
