Delhi: The ‘Panchayat 3’ series was released on Amazon Prime Video two days ago. Like the previous installments, the series is gaining massive audience attention. At the same time, before the release of this season, Jitendra Kumar, who plays the main character Abhishek Tripathi in this web series, was rumored to have backed out of the show due to a dispute with the production house TVF.
In an interview with India Today, Jitendra is now speaking openly about it. Such rumors are a big nuisance for him. Jitendra said in the interview that it caused concern among the panchayat’s fans. Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, and others who played other important characters in the series were also present in the interview.
Panchayat is a series based on the fictional village Phulera. The show revolves around a young man named Abhishek Tripathi, who comes as a secretary in the panchayat here.
“The rumor of my exit from the series created a lot of panic. I could see it all over social media. The series ended last season with Abhishek’s transfer, and that seems to be the reason for such discussion. It was a misunderstanding. At one point, such questions bothered me. I said that such rumors should stop. Tired” – Jitendra said with a smile.
“I have been associated with TVF for a long time. So the audience was worried about what happened. So the audience was worried because of their love for the series. I think we managed to put an end to all the speculations with the first trailer,” continued Jitendra.
