According to doctors, Humane Sagar died due to multi-organ dysfunction syndrome. He had been undergoing treatment at AIIMS Bhubaneswar for the past three days due to his deteriorating health. On November 14th, at around 1:10 pm, Humane Sagar was brought to AIIMS Bhubaneswar in a critical condition. Doctors immediately shifted him to the medical ICU and performed several tests. Reports revealed that several vital organs in his body had stopped functioning. Doctors stated that he was suffering from serious conditions such as acute-on-chronic liver failure, bilateral pneumonia, and dilated cardiomyopathy. His condition deteriorated rapidly, and he breathed his last on Monday evening. This tragic news has sent shockwaves across the state.
Admitted to ICU Two Days Ago
When his health deteriorated and he was admitted to the ICU two days ago, the former Chief Minister of the state wished him a speedy recovery on social media. He wrote that the entire state was praying for him and hoped he would recover soon and return to his family and the world of music. But fate had other plans.
Singer’s Mother Accuses Manager
Following the singer’s death, his mother, Shefali, leveled serious allegations against Humane’s manager and the event organizers, alleging that the singer was forced to perform on stage despite his poor health. Humane’s condition was poor, yet he was forced to perform.

Humane Sagar’s popularity wasn’t limited to his songs—he was the voice of people’s emotions. He debuted with the title track of the film “Ishq Tu Hi Tu,” which was a huge hit with audiences. Subsequently, he sang hundreds of songs in the Odia film industry, but also made his mark in Hindi with albums like “Mera Ye Jahan.” His voice possessed a depth and pain, making albums like “Nishwasa,” “Bekhudi,” “Tuma Otha Tale,” and “Chehra” superhits.
