According to media reports, Ms. Ankiti Bose has made accusations against me that are wholly unfounded and false. This appears to be nothing more than an obvious afterthought carried out maliciously in an attempt to harass and damage my reputation: Adi Vaidya
After co-founder and former CEO of the fashion e-commerce firm Ankiti Bose filed a formal complaint alleging “cheating,” “criminal intimidation,” “conspiracy,” and “harassment,” Dhruv Kapoor, the co-founder of Zilingo, and Aadi Vaidya, the former COO, issued statements.
The accusations made by Ankiti Bose, according to Dhruv Kapoor and Aadi Vaidya, are “baseless and untrue.”
“Ankiti Bose’s allegations against me are completely baseless, untrue, and malicious,” Dhruv Kapoor stated. She was fired from the corporation after a comprehensive inquiry established her malfeasance. This seems to be nothing more than revenge. During my time at Zilingo, I maintained my integrity by supporting the board’s investigation into the CEO’s misbehavior, cultivating business partnerships, and working to create morally sound goods.”
“According to media accounts, Ms. Ankiti Bose made accusations against me that are wholly false and without foundation. “This appears to be nothing more than an obvious afterthought carried out with malevolent intent to damage my reputation and harass me,” Aadi Vaidya remarked.
The claims made by Ankiti Bose
Zilingo co-founder and former CEO Ankiti Bose is allegedly accusing Dhruv Kapoor and Aadi Vaidya of “cheating,” “criminal intimidation,” “conspiracy,” and “harassment” in a criminal complaint that he filed.
Bose has claimed that in order to benefit financially, Kapoor and Vaidya deceived her and Zilingo’s investors. In addition, she stated in a six-page complaint that they forced her to give up her business and shares under false pretenses, according to the Times of India.
“Aadi Vaidya, in my capacity as chief operating officer, committed wrongdoing by misrepresenting me as the source of loss-making deals and giving trade credit to different parties under my name. Even though he handled all of the operational negotiations in my former company, he then utilized those deals to scare me by falsely accusing me in front of investors. According to the TOI article, Bose stated, “I have been threatened, misled, and had mistakes attributed to me in order for Vaidya to fraudulently acquire my shares, which are valued at multiple crores.”
On May 20, the Zilingo board dismissed Ankiti Bose after Kroll conducted an investigation into suspected financial irregularities. Several media publications had her denying the accusations.
