The complaint has been made by Arman Ram Veli Bakha, a resident of the East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh. The FIR is addressed to the in-charge of Itanagar Police Station. The FIR states that Jessie has made objectionable remarks against the people of Arunachal Pradesh. Immediate action should be taken in this matter so that no one acts like Jessie in the future.
