After Shinde, comedian Kunal’s parody on Nirmala Sitharaman: Said- Saree wali didi have come to loot the earnings, name Nirmala Tai; Police sent the second summons
Comedian Kunal Kamra has posted a new video on Wednesday. In this, he has taken a dig at Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Kunal sang in the parody song that Saree Wali didi has come to loot people’s salary and her name is Nirmala Tai.
Kunal has posted 3 such videos in 5 days. Earlier, the 36-year-old standup comedian had made a dig at Eknath Shinde’s political career in his show on March 22. Kamra had parodied a song from the film ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, in which Shinde was called a traitor.
After this, Shinde supporters vandalized the hotel where the show was recorded. After this, an FIR was registered against Kunal in this regard. Mumbai Police has sent him a second summon today because he did not appear on the first summon. His lawyer had asked for 7 days time, but the police did not give him time.
Kunal Kamra posted another new parody song on social media on March 25. He changed the line of ‘Hum Honge Kamyaab’ to ‘Hum Honge Kangal Ek Din’.
Shiv Sena alleges that Deputy CM Eknath Shinde’s look has been described at the beginning of Kamra’s parody. Then it is said that he rebelled against Shiv Sena and went to Guwahati with the MLAs.
Apart from this, there is also a mention of him driving a rickshaw (auto rickshaw) and being from Thane. Shinde is a resident of Thane and used to drive an auto-rickshaw earlier. At the same time, Shinde has been described as a traitor, turncoat, and one who sits in Fadnavis’ lap.
Amidst the controversy, Deputy CM Eknath Shinde said on Tuesday – It is not wrong to make fun of someone, to make sarcasm, but it also has a limit. What Kunal Kamra did, it seems that he did it after taking a bribe. One should maintain courtesy while making sarcasm, otherwise there is a reaction to the action.
FIR registered against Kamra, call recording will be investigated
FIR was registered against stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra on March 24. Maharashtra Minister of State for Home Yogesh Kadam said in the Assembly – Comedian Kunal Kamra’s call recording, CDR, and bank statement will also be investigated. We will find out who is behind this. Meanwhile, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) team took action against the Unicontinental Hotel.
Shiv Sena (Shinde) workers considered this parody to be an objectionable comment on Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde and vandalized the Unicontinental Hotel on Sunday night. A total of 40 Shiv Sainiks were booked in FIR.
