The order states a blanket ban on the plying, arrival, and parking of all the heavy and goods-carrying vehicles in the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate.

The restrictions would be implemented between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM on January 18, 19, and 21 corresponding to peak timings of the concerts.
Exceptions:
Vehicles providing emergency services, such as ambulances and police units, fire brigades, as well as vehicles bearing an official event pass, are not subject to these restrictions.
