Mr. Perfectionist and singer Arijit Singh were seen entering a government college in West Bengal late on February 4th. CCTV footage reportedly shows the two arriving at the college with a group of people at around 1:05 a.m., staying for over an hour, and filming a video. As soon as the clip went viral on social media, people were outraged. Many users alleged that the two celebrities entered the college without permission, while ordinary people are turned away at the gate, but celebrities are given so many concessions.
Following the internet uproar, Principal Ajay Adhikari deleted the viral video from his account and said he was forced to do so. Both Aamir and Arijit have not commented on the incident.

Aamir Khan and Arijit Singh have been accused of entering Rani Dhanya Kumari Government College in Jiaganj, Murshidabad district, West Bengal, late at night without permission. College Principal Ajay Adhikari shared CCTV footage. In the footage, Aamir and Arijit can allegedly be seen entering the campus at around 1:05 am, along with several other people, around ten bikes and about twenty people. Footage shared on Facebook by Satya Darpan, a Bengali media outlet, shows them getting off their bikes outside the college’s indoor games hall.
According to reports, the large group stayed there for about an hour and twenty minutes, playing badminton, during which footage was also shot, before leaving around 2:25 a.m
