Entire Bollywood has come forward to help Rajpal Yadav, who was jailed in a check bounce case. A day ago, Sonu Sood posted on social media offering support to Rajpal Yadav. He also appealed to the rest of the industry to come forward to help Rajpal during this difficult time. Since then, celebrities have been continuously coming forward to support the actor. Now, Rajpal Yadav’s manager has revealed that in addition to Sonu Sood, stars like Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan have also come forward to help the actor. A statement from Rajpal Yadav’s wife, Radha Yadav, has also surfaced regarding this matter.

In a conversation with Screen, Rajpal Yadav’s manager, Goldie, stated that many people have come forward to help Rajpal Yadav. Actors like Sonu Sood, Salman Khan, and Ajay Devgan have offered their support. I recently spoke with David Dhawan, who also expressed his support. Furthermore, Ratan Nain, Varun Dhawan, and many others are also coming forward to help him this time. Rajpal has expressed his heartfelt appreciation for this.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui had previously donated ₹10 lakh.
According to India Today, a source close to Nawazuddin Siddiqui revealed that he has previously helped Rajpal Yadav. The close friend said, “This is not the first time Nawazuddin has helped Rajpal Yadav.” He had previously provided financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh. Nawazuddin has always preferred to keep such acts out of the limelight. He doesn’t talk about them publicly, but he provides assistance quietly.
Did anyone help before going to jail?
During the conversation, when Goldie was asked if Rajpal had sought help before surrendering in Tihar Jail, Goldie declined to comment. “I wouldn’t like to comment on this,” he said. However, he added that the good thing is that the industry has supported him like a rock after his situation worsened. This should be appreciated. Everyone has made commitments, but such deals don’t happen overnight.
The bail plea hearing is scheduled tomorrow.
During this hearing, the actor’s manager, Goldie, also expressed hope for Rajpal’s early release. He said that the family must remain mentally strong. Rajpal Bhai himself is very strong, and this strength has been passed down through generations in the family. There are many celebrations coming up at home, and a family event is also scheduled for the end of February. Everyone wants Rajpal Bhai to be released by then. These stars have come forward to help so far
In addition to stars like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan, and Varun Dhawan, several celebrities have come forward to support Rajpal Yadav. These include industry figures like Sonu Sood, Guru Randhawa, Gurmeet Choudhary, and KRK. However, most did not disclose the amount of help. Rao Inderjit announced a contribution of ₹1.11 crore and even shared Rajpal Yadav’s bank details, urging others to help. Following his appeal, politician Tej Pratap Yadav announced a donation of ₹11 lakh, while KRK announced a contribution of ₹10 lakh.
The 2010 check bounce case
Rajpal Yadav is currently in jail for a check bounce case stemming from 2010. He took a loan of crores of rupees from a company to direct his film “Aata Pata Lapata.” However, when he failed to repay the loan despite multiple attempts, the court ordered him to surrender in Tihar Jail. Following this, Rajpal surrendered in Tihar Jail on February 5th. The case involves a sum of ₹9 crore.
