Maa Movie Review: Vishal Furia’s flick Maa has opened in theaters today. Kajol has played the character of Ambika in the film. Reviews about the film have started coming on social media since morning. On the other hand, media users are praising her strong performance. The actress does not just act, but brings alive every feeling of a sad wife and a mother fighting for her daughter. This is not just the story of a mother who is saving her daughter, but it is the story of that motherly love that comes out like a goddess when the time comes.
The story of the film Maa
The story of Maa begins with the grief of a mother in the fog-covered Chandrapur village. The story shows that a mother’s grief collides with a terrible curse, a demon born from the blood of demons, who is still alive and hungry. Ambika’s daughter gets trapped in an old curse. Then Ambika does everything to save her. Then Ambika becomes the form of a power which is very old, very strong, and very pure at heart. Ambika is filled with goddess-like power to save her daughter from that demon.
Ronit Roy has played this character
Ronit Roy has given a brilliant performance in the role of Chandrapur village’s Sarpanch Joydev. His mysterious style brings new suspense to the story. While Indranil Sengupta has rarely been seen on screen, his character is very strong. Apart from this, Kherin Sharma has done a great job in the role of Kajol’s daughter, Shweta. Apart from this, Jitin Gulati, Gopal Singh, Yaniya Bhardwaj, and Rupakatha Chakraborty have also done a good job in the movie. Vishal Furia’s direction is very well done. Apart from this, the audience is also praising the VFX of the movie.
