Akshay Kumar’s film Housefull 5 has collected ₹56 crores at the Indian box office within just two days of its release. According to figures shared by the makers, the film earned ₹32.38 crores on Saturday, while on the first day (Friday), it did a business of ₹24.35 crores.

The picture has received a wonderful reception from the audience. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar himself went among the public wearing a mask to take feedback. He stood outside a theater to personally ask viewers how they liked the film. Interestingly, no one recognized him due to the mask.
After Action-Comedy, Will Akshay Be Seen in a Horror Film?
According to media reports, Akshay Kumar may soon star in a horror film directed by Siddharth Anand, which will be based on Indian folk tales. As per a Mid-Day report, Akshay received the script a few months ago and reportedly liked it, although he hasn’t officially signed the film yet.
According to the source, Siddharth Anand’s horror film would be based on a father-daughter narrative and will involve extensive visual effects. Meanwhile, Akshay is currently busy with preparations for OMG 3, Jungle, and another film from Maddock Films’ horror universe.
