
Several complaints have been filed against Ranveer Allahabadia and Ashish Chanchlani for making indecent remarks in Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. Both of them had filed a petition in the Supreme Court on February 14 to combine or cancel these FIRs, which will be heard today.

Many complaints were filed against Ranveer Allahabadia in different cities across the country for making controversial remarks. On February 14, Ranveer Allahabadia filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In the petition, his lawyer, Abhinav Chandrachud, told the court that he wants all the complaints to be heard in one place. Secondly, he should get relief from arrest in this case, and thirdly, because he is constantly receiving threats, due to which he wants the case to be heard as soon as possible, and he should get relief from the condition of submitting a passport.
In the last hearing, the bench sought the status report of the investigation from Solicitor General Tushar Mehta. Justice Suryakant said that if Allahabadia is permitted to travel frequently, it will affect the investigation. You won’t be available when needed.
Allahbadia’s lawyer said that interviewing big personalities of the country and abroad is his livelihood. On this, Justice Suryakant said that he hopes to complete the investigation in two weeks. Therefore, the next hearing will be after two weeks.
On Ranveer’s petition, he was given relief from arrest on February 17, although the court reprimanded him for his indecent remarks. In the court, the judge said that his language is distorted and his mind is dirty. This has embarrassed not only the parents but also the daughters and sisters.
Court’s order – no further complaint should be filed
Along with this, the bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice N Koteshwar Singh said that many FIRs have been registered against Allahabadia, but now no case will be registered against him in this matter.

During a performance, Ranveer Allahabadia made obscene comments about parents. After the clip went viral, complaints were filed against all the people associated with the show. As a result, Samay Raina had to delete all the show’s episodes.
