Disha Salian case: Hearing in Bombay High Court today, the Father demands a CBI inquiry against 4 people, including Aditya Thackeray.
The case of Disha Salian’s suspicious death will be heard in the Bombay High Court today. Disha’s father, Satish Salian, has filed a petition in the High Court demanding a CBI inquiry, in which an investigation has been talked about against four prominent persons, including Aditya Thackeray.
Disha’s death in the year 2020 was described as a suicide, but the family has raised many questions. They allege that an attempt was made to suppress the death as a suicide, and powerful people may have a hand in it.
Satish Salian says that many important pieces of evidence disappeared in this case, which could reveal the truth. Satish and his lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that they will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and submit important evidence related to the case.
Ojha said, ‘We have important and additional evidence, but we cannot make it public at the moment as it may affect the case.’
He made serious allegations against former Police Commissioner Parambir Singh. Ojha said that Param Bir Singh and his colleagues had tried to suppress Disha’s death as a suicide.
Ojha also claimed that the closure report issued in February 2021 has been withdrawn and called for false propaganda related to the case.
Who was Disha Salian?
28-year-old Disha Salian was a celebrity manager, best known for working with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant allegedly committed suicide in his Mumbai Bandra apartment six days after Disha’s death.
Disha also worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and actor Varun Sharma in the film ‘Jazbaa’. The Mumbai Police had not reported any connection between Disha and Sushant’s death.
Disha lived with her parents in Dadar, and her fiancé Rohan Roy also came to stay with her during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Rohan had bought a flat on the 14th floor of the Regent Galaxy building in Malad West, Mumbai, where they were going to live after marriage. But the same flat became the place where Disha died.
Disha died on 8 June 2020
On June 8, 2020, Disha fell from the 14th floor of an apartment in Malad and died. The police had called it a suicide. At that time, Disha’s father considered the investigation satisfactory.
But a few days later, a video of Disha surfaced, in which she was seen dancing with friends. Her boyfriend Rohan was also in the video, and it was claimed that this video was an hour before her death.
After the video surfaced, questions arose that when she was happy, why did she commit suicide? However, there was no official confirmation of this video.
In 2022, BJP leader Nitesh Rane made several allegations regarding Disha’s death. Linking it to the Antilia case was also linked to the dismissed police officer Sachin Waze.
Now Disha’s father says that Disha was murdered after being gang-raped. Serious allegations have also been made against Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea, and the Mumbai Police in the petition.
