Bollywood influencer Orry accused of drinking alcohol in Katra: Video of the party in a hotel near Vaishno Devi temple surfaced, case registered against 7
A complaint against Orhan Avatramani alias Orry in Jammu and Kashmir has been filed. It is alleged that he was caught drinking alcohol in a hotel in Katra along with 8 companions. The area where this incident took place is near Mata Vaishno Devi temple, where consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
In an interview given to Dainik Bhaskar, the police said that the people in the hotel had informed the police about this incident. According to the hotel manager, on March 15, Orhan Avatramani (Orry), Darshan Singh, Parth Raina, Hrithik Singh, Rashi Dutta, Rakshita Bhogal, Shagun Kohli and Anastasia Arzamaskina were found drinking alcohol in the hotel premises. They had already been informed that this is a divine pilgrimage site and drinking alcohol and eating non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the hotel. A complaint has been filed against 8 people including Orry under the relevant sections.
A video has also surfaced from a hotel located near the Vaishno Devi temple, in which Orry is seen with his friends.
Drinking alcohol is banned in Katra
Drinking alcohol is completely banned in Katra near the Vaishno Devi temple under Section 163 of BNSS 2023. This order is effective for 2 months from 9 February 2025. It has been implemented to maintain sanctity in that area.
According to the police, a team has been formed under the supervision of SP Katra, DSP Katra, and SHO Katra to keep a close watch on people who violate the law and disrespect religious sentiments. The police said that there is no place for those who do not follow the law of the country and try to disturb the peace by resorting to drugs or alcohol and they will be dealt with strictly.
Orry is close to the Ambani family and star kids
Orry, who lives in Mumbai, is the special project manager of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries. He also leads the collaboration of international fashion brands with Reliance. In such a situation, his work is related to celebs for promotion and marketing. Orhan is also a close friend of Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani.
Being a party freak, Orhan attends most of the star kids’ parties. This is the reason why his pictures with star kids often come out.
Orry’s name first came to the fore in the year 2019, when a picture of him and Janhvi Kapoor’s vacation went viral on social media. After the vacation photos went viral, news spread that Janhvi and Orry were dating each other, although these reports were false. Due to these reports, for the first time, the paparazzi started clicking pictures of Orry as soon as they saw him.
Orry earns 24-42 lakhs from one collaboration
According to a report by the Economic Times, Orry has collaborated with global brands like Netflix, Bumble, and Cred. According to Nick Baklanov, research specialist of influencer marketing platform HypeAuditor, Orry earns 24 to 42 lakh rupees through these collaborations.
At the same time, Orry gets from Rs 55 thousand 900 to Rs 1 lakh 66 thousand for uploading a post on Instagram. Not only this, Orry charges 25 thousand to 83 thousand 400 rupees for sharing a story on Instagram.
Orry charges 20-30 lakh rupees for attending an event
In ‘Bigg Boss 17’, Orry himself said that he charges 20 to 30 lakh rupees for an event. In an interview with HT City, Orry said, ‘I charge this amount as a cover fee for the event. Because when someone invites me to their party, they not only get a performer but also a celebrity like me. I go to people’s parties and meet everyone there as if I am their friend.’
