Mere Husband Ki Biwi
Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh’s film ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ was released in theatres on 21 February. Tuesday was the fifth day of the film in theatres. In the first week itself, the film’s earnings have been reduced to lakhs. Its earnings are continuously declining. On Tuesday, ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ earned Rs 50 lakh, while on Monday the film collected Rs 60 lakh. With this, the total earnings of the film have now become Rs 5.55 crore.
Chhava
Vicky Kaushal’s film ‘Chhava’, released in theatres on 14 February, is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. This film has been a hit among the audience since the first day. The film is in its second week and during this time too it is earning at a fast pace. The film did well on the weekend, but its collection declined on the weekdays. On its 12th day i.e. Tuesday, ‘Chhava’ earned Rs 17 crore. However, according to Monday’s figures, there was a slight decline in it. On Tuesday, the film had collected Rs 18.5 crore. At the same time, now the total collection of ‘Chhava’ has been Rs 362.25 crore.
Tandel
To compete with Bollywood films at the box office, South superstar Naga Chaitanya’s film ‘Tandel’ was also released in theaters on February 7. However, this film outperformed some Bollywood flicks. Sai Pallavi also plays the lead part in the film. The film had a great start with Rs 11.5 crore on the first day. On its 19th day i.e. Tuesday, the film earned Rs 50 lakh. At the same time, now its total collection has been Rs 63.6 crore.
