Directed by Shekhar Kammula, ‘Kubera’ is the first collaboration between Dhanush and superstar Nagarjuna. Rashmika Mandanna plays the lead heroine in the film. Allegation against the makers of the film
A Tollywood producer named Karimkonda Narendra has claimed that he registered the title Kubera with the Telugu Film Producers Council in November 2023 and has already completed a major part of the shooting of his film. Narendra accused director Shekhar Kammula of title infringement and demanded a change in the title or compensation for the loss suffered by him. Narendra has requested the Telugu Film Chamber to intervene and do justice.
