Karan Johar, one of the veteran directors of Hindi cinema, has commented on the films of South cinema’s famous director SS Rajamouli. He said that there is no logic in Rajamouli’s films. Rajamouli has directed films like Bahubali and RRR.
SS Rajamouli’s film career is like a golden chapter in the history of Indian cinema. A director who gave Telugu cinema recognition at the national and international level. Today he is counted among the best directors in the cinema world. But Karan Johar has described his films as without logic.
Movies like Bahubali and RRR, which are among the highest-grossing Indian films, are directed by SS Rajamouli. But Karan believes that there is no logic in Rajamouli’s films because his films are based on faith.
There is no logic in Rajamouli’s films
Karan Johar feels that the blockbuster films of great filmmakers have nothing to do with logic. In a conversation with Komal Nahta, Karan said, conviction is very important. If you look at anything, especially if you analyze the journey of the best filmmakers, you will see that the biggest hit films are made on conviction. Logic does not matter in a film. For example, take any film of Rajamouli sir, where do you see the logic? You only see a conviction. When conviction comes to the fore, the audience also believes in it.

Karan Johar mentioned blockbuster films, which have more conviction than logic. “Observe the major motion pictures, such as Animal, RRR, or Gadar; they are produced with conviction,” he remarked. If you can beat thousands of people with a hand pump, that’s conviction, isn’t it? Anil Sharma believes that Sunny Deol can do it. That’s conviction.”
Karan Johar said that the problem occurs when filmmakers start doubting themselves and focusing on logic to guess the audience. It is known that SS Rajamouli is going to bring another much-awaited film, in which Priyanka Chopra and Mahesh Babu are playing the lead roles. The title has not been announced yet.
