Kareena Kapoor Reveals Saif Ali Khan Finds Her ‘Sexy’ at 44; Says She Doesn’t Need Botox: ‘I Choose Roles That Reflect My Age’
Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has been a prominent figure in the film industry for years, recently shared that her husband, Saif Ali Khan, still finds her ‘sexy’ at 44. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the Buckingham Murders actress stated that she feels no need for Botox or cosmetic enhancements. Kareena expressed her satisfaction with playing age-appropriate roles and embracing her natural beauty.
Kareena spoke about her confidence in her own skin, emphasizing that she has always believed in her talent and hard work. She stays fit and takes care of herself, but remains focused on being her authentic self rather than altering her appearance. “I’ve always known that staying true to myself would bring me success,” she said
The actress also highlighted her self-care routine, which includes spending quality time with loved ones, cooking with Saif, and enjoying her workouts. She believes that feeling good comes from a balance of fitness and family time.
“Whether it’s a good workout, a lovely meal with my husband, or a chat with friends over a bottle of wine, it’s all about nourishing my soul,” Kareena added.
Kareena emphasized her philosophy of embracing aging gracefully. According to her, there’s no need to fight against wrinkles or the signs of aging; instead, she encourages people to love the age they are and accept their natural beauty. “At 44, I’ve never felt better. Botox isn’t necessary for me. My husband still thinks I’m sexy, my friends say I look fantastic, and my career is thriving. I’m proud to play roles that match my age and reflect who I truly am,” she explained.
On the professional front, Kareena will next appear in Hansal Mehta’s mystery thriller The Buckingham Murders. The film, written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker, features Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. Produced by Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films, the movie is set to release on September 13, 2024.
