Kangana Ranaut Acquires New Office in Andheri West for Rs 1.56 Crore: Report
Bollywood star and politician Kangana Ranaut has made a fresh real estate purchase in Mumbai, securing an office space in Andheri (West) for Rs 1.56 crore. As per the registration documents obtained from Propstack, the office space purchased by Kangana spans 407 square feet of carpet area.
Insights into Kangana Ranaut’s Latest Property Acquisition
The office is situated within the Arc One office complex in Andheri (West), with the transaction officially recorded on August 23. The deal included a stamp duty payment of Rs 9,37,500. Developed by Chandra Gupta Estates, the Arc One office complex is a project registered under the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) since October 2022. The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, offering a contemporary and strategically located commercial space in one of Mumbai’s most bustling areas.
Kangana Ranaut’s Growing Presence in Mumbai
Kangana Ranaut has always been closely associated with Mumbai, where she has established her career as a top actress in the Indian film industry. Despite her busy schedule and active involvement in her home state of Himachal Pradesh, Ranaut continues to expand her professional base in Mumbai.
In addition to her achievements in cinema, Ranaut has also stepped into politics, currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency in Himachal Pradesh.
